Works “most of the time”
Broken recovery, session edges, or unsafe account flows
BYNILSON · PRODUCTION READINESS
AI got the first 80% working. I help founders find what can break, decide what matters before launch, and ship the fixes without signing up for a six-month agency engagement.

COMMON LAUNCH RISKS
Auth
Broken recovery, session edges, or unsafe account flows
Billing
Access can drift from subscription and webhook state
Data
Users may see or change records they should not
Operations
Failures stay invisible until a user reports them
Launch
You cannot tell what works or where users get stuck
These are common failure modes to check for, not claims that your product has them. Findings only go in a review when there is evidence.
THREE WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
A focused review of the running product and code. You get evidence-backed findings sorted into blockers, before launch, after launch, and nice to have, with risk, a recommended fix, and an estimate category.
Fixed scope · written output · no fix quota
A fixed scope built from agreed audit findings. We fix the highest-impact production blockers, verify the changed paths, and leave a clear handoff.
Defined deliverables · milestone quote
A recurring, bounded review of releases, operational risks, and repeated support pain as the product grows.
Agreed cadence · explicit scope
No default hourly menu. The audit is scoped before it starts; implementation is quoted as a fixed-scope sprint or a custom engagement when the work calls for it.
WHAT YOU GET
Every recommendation states the observed problem, risk, evidence, recommended fix, and estimate category (small, medium, large, or needs investigation). Unknowns stay marked as unknown.
BLOCKERS
Stop-ship issues with direct user, data, or payment impact.
BEFORE LAUNCH
Important checks and fixes for the launch boundary you set.
AFTER LAUNCH
Work that can safely wait with an owner and trigger.
NICE TO HAVE
Polish and opportunities with no immediate launch risk.
EVIDENCE, SCOPE, TRUST
A deployed URL, repository, stack and deployment configuration, relevant logs, and selected read-only service settings. ShipCheck can add a lightweight snapshot scan; findings still need context and confirmation.
This is not a penetration test, compliance certification, legal opinion, or guarantee that no defects remain. The agreed scope and evidence sources are written down before access.
Start with public URLs and repository read access. Never send passwords, production secrets, payment card data, or real user exports. Any additional access is agreed first, least-privilege, and time-limited. Files submitted through this form are not supported.
Intake answers are used to assess fit and reply. Repository access is not requested by this form. Review artifacts and any additional data handling are agreed in the engagement terms before work begins.
START WITH THE PRODUCT, NOT A SALES CALL
I’ll review the brief and suggest the right next step: Build School for a learning problem, ShipCheck for a readiness pass, a Rescue Audit for specific production blockers, or a custom engagement for a larger implementation.
