01

Who this is for

Commercial helicopter operators, utility contractors, survey and inspection operators, and teams administering specialist aerial-work contracts.

A quotation may specify minimum charges, waiting time or customer acceptance evidence. When mission administration and accounting use different tools, the invoice preparer has to reconstruct which contractual conditions apply.

Keep the commercial brief, delivered work evidence and billing conditions together so the team can prepare an invoice with fewer missing inputs.

One possible workflow

Illustrative process · subject to the agreed scope

  1. 01

    Capture the customer’s commercial brief

  2. 02

Version the quotation and contractual billing conditions

  3. 03

    Collect non-safety-critical work evidence

  4. 04

Resolve commercial exceptions and record customer acceptance

  5. 05

Prepare the invoice and track receivables

03

What we can design and build

We can build a contract-aware administrative workflow. Agreed rules translate approved commercial records into invoice preparation, while missing acceptance, disputed time or incomplete evidence enters a named review queue.

  • Commercial mission brief and quotation
  • Contract-specific billing conditions
  • Work confirmation and evidence collection
  • Acceptance and billing exception queue
  • Invoice preparation and receivables reporting
04

Keep what works. Connect what is missing.

Connect approved exports from operations software to accounting where supported. Begin with a limited contract type and reconcile against existing invoices before expanding automation.

Responsibilities and limits

No flight planning, helicopter control, dispatch authorization, airworthiness or safety-critical mission decision. Operational authority stays with the operator and qualified personnel; this layer supports commercial administration.

05

A scoped delivery

  • Contract and billing-rule catalogue for the agreed scope
  • Evidence and customer-acceptance workflow
  • Tested invoice preparation with exception handling
  • Accounting handover and staff documentation
06

Engineering you can inspect.

These are Bynilson’s own products and engineering work, not yacht, aviation or fleet client references. They demonstrate transferable methods; sector fit must be validated with your team.

07

A written starting point. A defined commitment.

  1. 01

Describe the operational problem. No sales call is required.

  2. 02

Receive an initial written assessment of fit and open questions.

  3. 03

Commission the existing architecture diagnostic if it can resolve those questions.

  4. 04

Agree on scope, acceptance criteria, responsibilities and a fixed proposal.

  5. 05

Build, validate with your team and deploy.

  6. 06

Transfer source code, documentation and accounts under the agreed contract.

08

The same Bynilson engagements. A sector-specific scope.

Premium Systems applies Bynilson’s existing product rebuild, workflow automation and acquisition infrastructure engagements to these industries. It is not a catalogue of ready-made software products.

01

Architecture & workflow diagnostic

CHF 2’400. Delivered in 7 working days after required access and kickoff answers are received. Fully credited against an eligible build of at least CHF 20’000 signed within 60 days of delivery.

02

Bespoke operational software

From CHF 20’000. The fixed proposal defines the implementation, integrations and acceptance criteria.

03

Complex systems

Multiple workflows, integrations or migrations: a fixed proposal after scoping, with phases where appropriate.

04

Ongoing software operations

Maintenance, monitoring, security updates and controlled improvements can be agreed after delivery. Coverage and response times are contractual.

Before you share a brief

Can different contracts have different billing rules?

Yes, where the terms can be specified and tested. Ambiguous or disputed clauses require human review; the software does not interpret contractual liability.

Does the tool plan or authorize a mission?

No. Its boundary is commercial administration. Flight planning and operational authorization remain in the operator’s existing systems and procedures.

Must we migrate all historical missions?

No. A scoped pilot can start with one contract and a defined date. Historical migration is a separate decision based on usefulness and data quality.

Describe what your team is still managing manually.

A workflow, the people involved and the decision that keeps getting delayed. That is enough to begin.
