01

The asset is exceptional. The coordination should be ordinary.

A revised quotation in an inbox. An approval in a message. An invoice with no obvious match. Expensive assets bring complex operational work. We can build the software that connects documents, decisions, people and costs into one accountable workflow, with named owners for unresolved exceptions.

02

Four industries. Four precise starting points.

01Yachting

Know what was approved, what changed and what is being billed.

The original quotation rarely tells the whole refit story. As work changes, approvals and evidence move between contractors, the management team and the owner. An invoice arrives before anyone can reconstruct the authorized scope.

Give the owner representative a clear view of committed costs, pending decisions and invoices that need an explanation.

02Private aviation

An aircraft maintenance invoice should come with a clear authorization trail.

A maintenance invoice can contain additional labour, parts or subcontracted work that is difficult to reconcile with the commercial authorization. Missing documents turn an owner review into a series of requests across several teams.

Make commercial exceptions visible and give each reviewer the authorization history needed to decide what to question or approve.

03Helicopter operations

From mission brief to invoice, with the supporting evidence intact.

A quotation may specify minimum charges, waiting time or customer acceptance evidence. When mission administration and accounting use different tools, the invoice preparer has to reconstruct which contractual conditions apply.

Keep the commercial brief, delivered work evidence and billing conditions together so the team can prepare an invoice with fewer missing inputs.

04Luxury automotive

From vehicle damage to a resolved case, without losing the evidence.

Finding a scratch is only the start. Handover evidence, customer statements, repair estimates and insurer requests can become disconnected while a vehicle remains unavailable and the team keeps chasing the case.

Give each incident an accountable case owner, a complete evidence trail and a visible next step through to resolution.

03

From fragmentation to control

−

Fragmented information

Email → spreadsheet → another version → manual follow-up. The team reconstructs the context each time a decision is needed.

+

A traceable process

Request → evidence → named approval → reconciliation → report. Your team sees the source, the decision and the next responsible person. Exceptions still require judgment.

04

Software around the work you actually do.

  • Internal operating systems
  • Client and owner portals
  • Approval workflows
  • Document processing
  • Commercial reconciliation
  • Reporting and dashboards
  • Existing-system integrations
  • Permissioned audit trails
05

Engineering you can inspect.

These are Bynilson’s own products and engineering work, not yacht, aviation or fleet client references. They demonstrate transferable methods; sector fit must be validated with your team.

06

A written starting point. A defined commitment.

  1. 01

Describe the operational problem. No sales call is required.

  2. 02

Receive an initial written assessment of fit and open questions.

  3. 03

Commission the existing architecture diagnostic if it can resolve those questions.

  4. 04

Agree on scope, acceptance criteria, responsibilities and a fixed proposal.

  5. 05

Build, validate with your team and deploy.

  6. 06

Transfer source code, documentation and accounts under the agreed contract.

07

The same Bynilson engagements. A sector-specific scope.

Premium Systems applies Bynilson’s existing product rebuild, workflow automation and acquisition infrastructure engagements to these industries. It is not a catalogue of ready-made software products.

01

Architecture & workflow diagnostic

CHF 2’400. Delivered in 7 working days after required access and kickoff answers are received. Fully credited against an eligible build of at least CHF 20’000 signed within 60 days of delivery.

02

Bespoke operational software

From CHF 20’000. The fixed proposal defines the implementation, integrations and acceptance criteria.

03

Complex systems

Multiple workflows, integrations or migrations: a fixed proposal after scoping, with phases where appropriate.

04

Ongoing software operations

Maintenance, monitoring, security updates and controlled improvements can be agreed after delivery. Coverage and response times are contractual.

Before you share a brief

Can you work with our existing management software?

We first examine the supported APIs, exports, permissions and vendor terms. A small integration or control layer may be more appropriate than rebuilding your system.

Do we have to replace our ERP?

No. The diagnostic should identify what to keep, configure, buy or build. An ERP replacement is only considered if the agreed problem actually requires it.

Can the process begin by email?

Yes. Submit a short brief and receive a written response. A sales call is not required to make an inquiry.

Can we request an NDA?

Yes, before sharing code or confidential project material. The first brief should describe the workflow without asset identifiers or sensitive documents.

Who owns the source code?

Project-specific code, repository and accounts transfer on full payment under the engagement contract. Pre-existing tools and third-party components retain their applicable licences.

Can our staff approve critical decisions?

Yes. Named human approvals, authority limits and a decision record can be part of the agreed scope. Software does not replace professional judgment.

What if industry expertise is needed?

We identify that dependency during scoping. You appoint the appropriately qualified professional; their role and availability must be agreed before work depending on them starts.

How is confidential information protected?

The initial form requests no files. Access, storage, permissions and retention for delivery are agreed with you. Use the published privacy notice for the handling of inquiries.

Can it connect to third-party providers?

Where supported and authorized. API availability, vendor cooperation, licensing and data quality must be verified before an integration is promised.

Do we need a paid diagnostic before receiving a response?

No. The initial written fit assessment is free. A diagnostic is recommended only when its defined deliverables help make an implementation decision.

Describe what your team is still managing manually.

A workflow, the people involved and the decision that keeps getting delayed. That is enough to begin.
