01

Who this is for

Exotic and luxury rental companies, premium fleet operators, specialty dealerships and collection managers handling valuable vehicle handovers.

Finding a scratch is only the start. Handover evidence, customer statements, repair estimates and insurer requests can become disconnected while a vehicle remains unavailable and the team keeps chasing the case.

Give each incident an accountable case owner, a complete evidence trail and a visible next step through to resolution.

One possible workflow

Collect repair estimates and required claim documents

  4. 04

Record human decisions and coordinate repair approval

What we can design and build

A possible implementation connects your inspection records to the administrative work after an incident. It preserves dated evidence, records correspondence and decisions, and tracks repairs and closure without pretending to determine responsibility automatically.

  • Condition history and linked evidence
  • Dispute and claim case management
  • Repair quotation comparison
  • Insurer and repair approval tracking
  • Closure records and downtime reporting
04

Keep what works. Connect what is missing.

Use authorized exports or APIs from inspection, rental, fleet and accounting software. Existing damage-detection providers can supply evidence; image analysis is not a prerequisite for this workflow.

Responsibilities and limits

Responsibility, insurance coverage and legal liability are determined by authorized people and the relevant professionals. No automated legal decision, unauthorized vehicle-system access or guarantee of claim recovery.

05

A scoped delivery

  • Incident-to-closure process and responsibilities
  • Evidence and retention requirements for agreed data
  • Case queue, approvals and repair status views
  • Closure report, export and operational documentation
06

Engineering you can inspect.

These are Bynilson’s own products and engineering work, not yacht, aviation or fleet client references. They demonstrate transferable methods; sector fit must be validated with your team.

07

A written starting point. A defined commitment.

  1. 01

Describe the operational problem. No sales call is required.

  2. 02

Receive an initial written assessment of fit and open questions.

  3. 03

Commission the existing architecture diagnostic if it can resolve those questions.

  4. 04

Agree on scope, acceptance criteria, responsibilities and a fixed proposal.

  5. 05

Build, validate with your team and deploy.

  6. 06

Transfer source code, documentation and accounts under the agreed contract.

08

The same Bynilson engagements. A sector-specific scope.

Premium Systems applies Bynilson’s existing product rebuild, workflow automation and acquisition infrastructure engagements to these industries. It is not a catalogue of ready-made software products.

Before you share a brief

Is this an AI scratch detector?

No. The focus is the administrative workflow after an incident. We can connect an existing inspection provider if supported and useful.

Can it decide who pays?

No. It assembles the record and routes decisions to people authorized to make them. Legal and insurance judgments stay with the relevant professionals.

Can we measure vehicle downtime?

We can report the dates and states your team records. Definitions, missing data and exclusions must be agreed before treating that report as a business metric.

Describe what your team is still managing manually.

A workflow, the people involved and the decision that keeps getting delayed. That is enough to begin.
