01

Who this is for

Aircraft management companies, business aviation operators, owner representatives and family offices coordinating maintenance providers.

A maintenance invoice can contain additional labour, parts or subcontracted work that is difficult to reconcile with the commercial authorization. Missing documents turn an owner review into a series of requests across several teams.

Make commercial exceptions visible and give each reviewer the authorization history needed to decide what to question or approve.

02

One possible workflow

Illustrative process · subject to the agreed scope

  1. 01

Register the commercial quotation and work order

  2. 02

Retain authorized revisions and spending limits

  3. 03

Compare invoice lines with authorized scope

  4. 04

Classify missing evidence and commercial discrepancies

  5. 05

Escalate to the responsible reviewer and prepare an owner pack

03

What we can design and build

A possible implementation separates authorized work, invoiced amounts and unresolved commercial items. The reviewer sees the source documents alongside the comparison, records an explanation and routes a discrepancy to the appropriate person.

  • Maintenance quotation register
  • Invoice-to-work-order comparisons
  • Commercial exception queue
  • Authorization history and evidence links
  • Owner expenditure reports
04

Keep what works. Connect what is missing.

Assess accounting exports and authorized access to your aircraft management or maintenance records. Existing vendors remain the source for technical records; API terms and data quality determine feasible integration.

Responsibilities and limits

No airworthiness determination, flight operation, dispatch authorization or certified maintenance sign-off. Those decisions remain with appropriately qualified personnel. Commercial review cannot delay or override a safety decision.

05

A scoped delivery

  • Commercial exception taxonomy agreed with reviewers
  • Document mapping and supported integration specification
  • Permissioned review queue with decision history
  • Owner reporting and reconciliation test cases
06

Engineering you can inspect.

These are Bynilson’s own products and engineering work, not yacht, aviation or fleet client references. They demonstrate transferable methods; sector fit must be validated with your team.

07

A written starting point. A defined commitment.

  1. 01

Describe the operational problem. No sales call is required.

  2. 02

Receive an initial written assessment of fit and open questions.

  3. 03

Commission the existing architecture diagnostic if it can resolve those questions.

  4. 04

Agree on scope, acceptance criteria, responsibilities and a fixed proposal.

  5. 05

Build, validate with your team and deploy.

  6. 06

Transfer source code, documentation and accounts under the agreed contract.

08

The same Bynilson engagements. A sector-specific scope.

Premium Systems applies Bynilson’s existing product rebuild, workflow automation and acquisition infrastructure engagements to these industries. It is not a catalogue of ready-made software products.

01

Architecture & workflow diagnostic

CHF 2’400. Delivered in 7 working days after required access and kickoff answers are received. Fully credited against an eligible build of at least CHF 20’000 signed within 60 days of delivery.

02

Bespoke operational software

From CHF 20’000. The fixed proposal defines the implementation, integrations and acceptance criteria.

03

Complex systems

Multiple workflows, integrations or migrations: a fixed proposal after scoping, with phases where appropriate.

04

Ongoing software operations

Maintenance, monitoring, security updates and controlled improvements can be agreed after delivery. Coverage and response times are contractual.

Before you share a brief

Does this replace maintenance tracking?

No. Maintenance tracking and certified technical records remain in the appropriate systems. The proposed layer deals with commercial expenditure and supporting evidence.

Can software decide whether a repair was necessary?

No. That is a technical judgment for qualified personnel. The workflow can record their decision and the commercial authorization without making the determination itself.

Can every invoice be reconciled automatically?

No. Missing or ambiguous data should create a review item. Match rules and tolerances require agreement and testing with your documents.

Describe what your team is still managing manually.

A workflow, the people involved and the decision that keeps getting delayed. That is enough to begin.
